Before you ask for a quote
Do I need to own the Starlink kit already?
Not necessarily. If you have it, we install and configure it. If you don't, we help you pick the kit and plan that fit your case before you buy. And if you order with our referral link, you get one month of service free.
My Starlink already works. Can you just fix the WiFi?
Yes. We can review the existing install, relocate the dish if there are obstructions and deploy only the mesh network.
Do you use Starlink mesh nodes or other brands?
It depends. Starlink nodes are a good fit for simple homes. For outdoor areas, many rooms or more advanced network needs, we connect a professional system to the Starlink router in bypass mode.
What areas do you serve?
Network setup and support are provided remotely. On-site installation is carried out by independent local installers coordinated by CiberALL across San Diego County: tell us your city or ZIP code in the form and we will confirm availability.
How much does it cost?
Every install is different: roof height and type, cable length, number of nodes. That's why we work with a fixed custom quote, with no obligation.
Will I be able to reach my cameras or devices from outside?
Residential Starlink plans don't provide a direct public IP address, so traditional remote access doesn't work out of the box. We set things up so you can view your cameras and devices from anywhere.

Do you install satellite dishes or TV antennas?
We are looking for independent installers in San Diego County to mount Starlink and mesh networks in their area. You bring the trade and the tools; CiberALL brings the customers, online training and remote technical support on every job.
